This Privacy Policy describes how PT Inovasi Teknologi Sederhana (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Learning with Eva mobile application (the “App”) on Android devices.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The current version of Learning with Eva does not include advertising, does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send usage analytics to us or to analytics providers.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
Google Play: When you download or update the App from Google Play, Google processes information according to Google’s Privacy Policy. That processing is governed by Google, not by this policy alone.
Locally stored data is used only to operate the App on your device (for example, to remember progress within activities). If you email us for support, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you.
Learning with Eva is designed as an educational experience. If the App is directed to children or used by children, we aim to collect only what is reasonably necessary to support the service and to comply with applicable laws (including rules for apps on Google Play and, where relevant, children’s privacy regulations).

The App, as currently distributed, does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If we add such services in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when that version is released.
Game-related data is stored on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App may erase that local information. We apply reasonable care in how we design the App; no digital system is completely free of risk.
We do not maintain a separate database of your in-app activity on our servers for the current version of the App. Emails you send us for support may be kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request.
If you contact us from outside Indonesia, we may process your message in Indonesia. Local game data remains on your device unless you use a future feature that explicitly transfers data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
